LOSC is taking its digital strategy to the next level by partnering with bfan, the mobile solution developed by fanxp, to offer its supporters a mobile app that is intuitive, comprehensive, and focused on interaction. Already using dtc, nxp, and extent for ticketing, sales front office, and financial flow monitoring, the club is now entering a new phase in its collaboration with fanxp, aiming to deliver a smoother, richer, and more user-centric mobile experience.
A service-oriented and community-focused mobile app
Powered by bfan, LOSC’s mobile app offers full digitalization of season passes and match tickets, along with a secondary market for reselling, transferring, lending, or donating tickets. It centralizes essential services to keep fans updated with the latest club news and streamlines stadium access, while also reinforcing the connection with supporters.
The project also aims to deliver a personalized fan experience, enriched with exclusive content and interactive features. This is LOSC’s new way of building loyalty and elevating fan engagement.
