Rugby Club Toulonnais is entering a new phase in its digital transformation by entrusting fanxp with the complete evolution of its ticketing and digital ecosystem.
Through this multi-year agreement, the Rouge & Noir club has chosen a unified, secure and scalable technological foundation, capable of sustainably supporting its sporting and commercial ambitions.
A collaboration built on continuity
RC Toulon and fanxp have already been working together for several seasons. The club notably relies on bfan, the mobile application dedicated to supporter engagement, as well as several payment and accounting management modules developed by extent.
This new agreement marks a significant expansion of the existing setup, with a complete overhaul of both the ticketing back office and front office environments.

The deployment is based on the full range of solutions within the fanxp ecosystem:

- nxp: B2C and B2B front office for a seamless and optimised purchasing experience
- extent: C-Pay full services and E-Pay payment solutions for secure till control
- ibxp: integrated cancellation service
- dataxp: data structuring and utilisation
- cloudxp: hosting of platforms on secure infrastructures
Among the major developments is the implementation of a single sign-on (SSO), enabling supporters to centrally access the club’s official website, ticketing platform, online shop and mobile application.
An architecture designed to simplify usage, strengthen journey consistency and optimise the club’s operational performance.
