PHA chooses fanxp to transform the fan experience at the Michelin Grand Prix de France Moto

A strategic multi-year collaboration
In a fast-evolving sports landscape and amid growing public expectations, PHA, organizer of the Michelin Grand Prix of France Moto, has chosen to work with fanxp through a multi-year collaboration. This decision reflects a strong ambition to modernize the event’s digital infrastructure, optimize ticketing operations, and enrich the experience for nearly 300,000 fans.
Integrated solutions for more efficient ticketing
The collaboration includes the deployment of dtc for back-office management, the nxp B2C front-end interface, and extent for payment services. This combination is designed to increase spectator engagement and improve the overall ticketing process. It extends the initial cooperation launched in 2021, when extent was first used to implement payment solutions.
Meeting the expectations of an ever-growing audience
The 2024 edition of the Grand Prix de France Moto broke a global attendance record, underlining the event’s rising appeal. With fanxp, PHA is building on this momentum to deliver a streamlined, personalized, and scalable fan experience, while improving the efficiency of ticketing and payment systems.
I’m proud to announce this new step. Supporting an industry we’re so passionate about is a real privilege. We’re excited to contribute to PHA’s digital transformation, strengthening our commitment to innovation and fan satisfaction.
