This multi-year collaboration aims to modernize the club’s digital ecosystem and strengthen its connection with supporters.
A comprehensive mobile app powered by bfan
At the heart of the project is bfan, fanxp’s mobile solution dedicated to fan engagement, enabling Servette FC to deploy a unified interface that serves both B2C and B2B audiences. This platform centralizes all supporter-focused services in one place.
Key features of the app include:
- A single sign-on (SSO) system via nxp,
- Gamification features,
- User data segmentation,
- Season ticket management through digital passes.
The goal: to offer the club’s community a seamless, interactive, and personalized digital journey.
