FC Nantes expands its digital ecosystem with the bfan app

An extended collaboration with fanxp

FC Nantes, a historic Ligue 1 club, is continuing to evolve its digital environment by integrating fanxp’s mobile solution, bfan. This new initiative builds on a multi-year partnership already structured around ticketing management (dtc), sales front office (nxp), and financial flow management (extent). With this latest step, the club strengthens its digital tools to meet the changing expectations of its audience and to develop a more direct and personalized relationship with its supporters.

A mobile app dedicated to fans

Thanks to bfan, FC Nantes fans now have access to a comprehensive mobile app designed to simplify daily use and foster new forms of engagement. The app includes digital management of season tickets and matchday passes, live match tracking features, chat, statistics, gamification, a loyalty program, and a single sign-on (SSO) system to streamline access.

This new platform becomes a cornerstone in the club’s loyalty strategy, while also opening new avenues for marketing and commercial value creation.

I’m thrilled about this new project launched at the club. It’s a pleasure to be working once again with the fanxp team, with whom I’ve had the joy of collaborating for several years now.
