The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters strengthens its digital infrastructure with fanxp

Technology for excellence

Following the announcement of their partnership, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters and fanxp brought their collaboration to life during the 2026 edition of the tournament. The Société Monégasque pour l'Exploitation du Tournoi de Tennis (SMETT) has chosen fanxp to support the tournament in the redesign and optimisation of its ticketing platform, with the aim of modernising the entire fan experience.

This multi-year contract is part of a clear ambition: to enhance security, streamline the customer journey, and prepare for the integration of new products to deliver an enriched experience.

A complete and scalable technology foundation

To meet these objectives, fanxp has deployed a robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure adapted to today's challenges and future developments.

The solutions implemented will cover all front office and back office requirements:

  1. dtc : Ticketing back office, ticket dematerialisation, in-house secondary market management.
  2. nextxp : B2C front office, ticketing SSO, queue management, 3D modelling of the Monte-Carlo Country Club venue for full immersion from the moment of booking.
  3. extent : C-Pay full-service and E-Pay payment solutions, guaranteeing comprehensive cash management oversight.
  4. Hosting of platforms on secure infrastructure.
